Application

The OPM-1610 UV meter for organic contaminants from DKK/TOA is the result of 30 years of product development and experience. This UV measuring device for organic contaminants in commercial, industrial, and other wastewater measures based on absorption measurements of the ultraviolet spectrum. The measured values correlate with the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and are used to calculate the contamination load. For this purpose, it must be determined in advance whether there is a good correlation between COD and contamination load in the specific sample stream.
