Application

The HBM-100B inline pH transmitter for industrial applications is a multifunctional measuring device designed for precise and reliable operation. It features automatic stability control, which simplifies calibration and continuously monitors the condition of the pH electrode.

The output range can be adjusted in fine 0.1 pH increments, allowing for accurate configuration within various process environments. Finely adjustable high and low alarm outputs ensure stable plant operation with precise sensitivity settings.

The HBM-100B supports a wide range of pH electrodes, including conventional designs and versions with replaceable measuring chips. Both immersion and flow-through sensor types are available and proven in harsh industrial conditions.

A dedicated cleaner output enables direct control of optional electrode cleaning systems, including air jets, chemical rinsing, or brush cleaners. This ensures long-term measurement stability and reduces maintenance needs in demanding applications.
