Automatic pH Calibration in a Fully Integrated Analyzer

The MAC-1600 is a robust, fully integrated online pH analyzer developed for continuous monitoring in industrial environments. It combines sensor, transmitter, mounting hardware, and a self-contained calibration system into a single compact unit. Its key feature is fully automated two-point calibration: at predefined intervals, the sensor is withdrawn from the process, cleaned, and recalibrated without operator intervention.

This makes the MAC-1600 ideal for hazardous, confined, or remote installations, where manual access is difficult or safety-critical. Thanks to its dual-sensor configuration, pH monitoring continues uninterrupted during cleaning and calibration. An integrated spray-cleaning system ensures low chemical consumption and minimal maintenance effort.
