Application
This analyzer determines the amount of organic contaminants in the sample stream using UV absorption photometry. A control measurement with white light automatically accounts for and corrects water turbidity. The falling column measurement ensures that the sample stream does not come into contact with the measuring cell, providing long-lasting and stable measurements, as the measuring cell cannot become dirty. Simultaneously, it features a self-cleaning mechanism to prevent sludge in the device from distorting the measurement results.
For known relationships, the analyzer monitor can also convert the output values into COD (chemical oxygen demand).
