The WQC-40 is a versatile and powerful portable multi-parameter measuring device specifically developed for precise water quality analysis. The WQC-40, as a portable water quality measuring device, uses proven methods to deliver accurate and reproducible measurement results. While pH measurement is based on the glass electrode method, electrical conductivity is determined using the highly precise four-electrode technique. Turbidity is measured using the 90-degree scattered light method, while dissolved oxygen is measured using a galvanic membrane cell. The ion-selective electrode method also enables detailed analysis of specific ions.
Thanks to its integrated storage function, the WQC-40 records measurements over extended periods. The powerful battery lasts up to 35 days, allowing the device to remain independently at a measurement location. The programmable measurement intervals enable precise logging of water quality. With a maximum measurement depth of 100 meters, the device is excellently suited for deep-water applications and long-term measurements in open waters.
Due to its flexible configurability and high measurement accuracy, the WQC-40 finds application in numerous areas. In environmental monitoring, it is used for analyzing rivers, lakes, and reservoirs.
